We are so sorry that shipping delays have been inevitable during the epidemic. Due to widespread suspension of international flights and the long customs clearance process, the delivery time of your package might be longer than expected. 

 

However, rest assured we are working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. We will also ensure you can track our orders for an extra piece of mind.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE & HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?


Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders can sometimes take 3-6 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?


International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • 2-4 weeks for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European Union Countries.
  • 2-5 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it! 

 

INFORMATION HAS NOT APPEARED

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

 

 

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

 

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

Wrong address disclaimer: it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email  contact@kezishop.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
